1. Service-Based Installations
GrillNet Ranchi provides custom on-site installation services for invisible grills, mosquito nets, and bird netting. Because every installation is measured, cut, and fitted specifically for your premises, we do not offer monetary returns or refunds once installation has been completed.
2. Replacement & Rework Coverage
In place of refunds, we provide replacement and rework support under our service warranty. If the installation has a manufacturing defect, workmanship issue, or does not meet the specifications agreed upon at the time of booking, we will repair, rework, or replace the affected components free of charge within the warranty period.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement:
- Custom-cut materials — wires, nets, frames, and fittings cut to the dimensions of your space.
- Installed or used products — any product that has already been installed at the site or shows signs of use.
- Damage from misuse — damage caused by mishandling, unauthorised modification, accidents, pets, or improper cleaning.
4. Cancellation Before Installation
If you wish to cancel your order before materials are cut or installation begins, please notify us at the earliest. Advance booking or site-visit fees may be non-refundable, and any costs already incurred for procured or custom-cut materials will be deducted from any refund issued.
5. How to Raise a Replacement or Rework Request
To report an issue or request rework under warranty, please contact us through any of the following channels:

- Email: write to our support team with your booking details and photos of the issue.
- Contact form: submit a request via our Contact page.
Please include your name, installation address, date of installation, and clear photographs of the concern. Our team will respond within 2 business days and schedule a site visit if required.
6. Resolution Timeline
Once a valid claim is acknowledged, we aim to complete rework or replacement within 7 to 14 working days, subject to material availability and site access.
